CREW - TEAM LEADER - SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Staring a part-time job as a crew with great performances and abilities while working with others. Was promoted to be a team leader with great range of skills to be learnt from the supervisor in handling the store and teams.
In the early 2016, I was promoted as a shift assistant, then shift supervisor. The first working place was in Wynyard Ramp, then transferred to Coogee Beach due to the station renovation. Lastly was moved to Bondi Westfield. By learning and observing while working in three different places, I gained the knowledge of various approaches in targeting and controlling sales of these locations.
